Lockdown photo project

London lockdown meant a change of plans. So, as well as moving my attention to local wildlife, I thought I'd add a bit of colour. I wanted to create a special image to remind me of these peculiar times.

To achieve the final image, I took almost 5000 photographs over 40 nights.

This was way harder than I expected!

But it was a refreshing reminder that you don't need to jump on a jumbo jet to push your photographic and creative skills.

When I started out learning wildlife photography, I spent years photographing deer and foxes. They have a special place in my heart.
